No. Typically, patients will notice that they need less medication to sleep, and will opt to wean off their meds with the guidance of their doctor.
Will I notice results immediately?
Approximately 50% of my patients notice an immediate shift in their sleep patterns. The other 50% do not notice any changes taking place the day of treatment, and find that their sleep patterns shift over the course of the next few days.
How many sessions will I need?
I recommend 6 sessions, one per week for 6 weeks to start. At that point, we will reassess your case to see if further sessions are indicated.
