How many sessions do I need?

For weight loss, I recommend 6 sessions to start, then reassessment as we see how you are progressing.

Will I need to come back after I lose the weight?

Most people opt to return for occasional “tune-ups.” Yes, we are creating new habits, but in times of stress it is ideal to be proactive to ensure that the new habits are firmly reinforced.

Will I notice a change immediately?

We don’t “feel” a habit starting, do we? You don’t remember the first time you decided that sugar made you happy. When a habit changes, by its very nature, we often don’t notice it at first. Typically people will look back, months down the road, and be startled to realize that they don’t do that certain thing anymore!
